This project included the construction of a new 1,500-sf wood-frame camp building with loft storage space, exterior showers, and a patio, along with associated exterior site improvements. The scope of work included removal and demolition of the existing toilet and storage structure, sitework, concrete, millwork, doors, windows, flooring, painting, toilet accessories, gypsum board, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
