Built in 1970, Leamy Hall, is a large flat roofed L-shaped modernistic structure and occupies an area of 75,333 sf at the United States Coast Guard Academy founded in 1876 and located in New London, Connecticut. It is the second smallest of the five federal service academies and provides education to future Coast Guard officers. Carlin Construction served as the General Contractor for the renovations focused on refinishing and updating the interior of the Kitchen and Student Union areas and modernizing the HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on the 3rd floor of the existing building.
