Renovation of an existing 8,731 sf facility which is the new home for The Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut and the New Innovation Center. This facility will be utilized for training and to support the development of startup businesses that offer private office space, co-working space, and resources to grow their businesses. Carlin’s scope of work included demolition, carpentry, millwork, roofing, doors, frames, hardware, storefronts & glazing, gypsum board assembly, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
