This project involved the complete fit-up of former industrial manufacturing space into a finished R&D engineering office facility. Upgrades and repairs to the building envelope included demolition, masonry, new glazing systems and roofing. Interior modifications included:
- Removal of existing legacy systems
- Renovations for new administrative areas
- Replacement of HVAC and electrical systems
- Conference and meeting spaces with video conferencing capabilities
- A new cafeteria and new fitness center, as well as other support spaces
