Airgas, an Air Liquide company with over 1 million customers, is the nation's leading single-source supplier of gases, welding equipment and supplies, and safety products. This multifaceted project for its Waterford regional facility — formerly known as ABCO Welding & Industrial Supply — included:
- A new headquarters building of approximately 10,000 sf with additional basement-level administration space
- A new 5,500 sf MAP gas and propane building
- Expansion and renovation of existing retail & production facilities totaling approximately 30,000 sf
