This project involved the removal and replacement of approximately 600 portable flat-floor seats and 760 riser seats. Carlin Construction also provided new permanent sloping for handicap access on both sides, including associated guardrails and finished carpeting. The refurbishing of 1,200 balcony and mezzanine seats included painting, rewiring of aisle lights, and replacement of foam padding and upholstery.
House lighting upgrades included main-hall ceiling fixtures and wall sconces around the perimeter of the hall. Refurbishing of the main hall and mezzanine lobby included carpeting, refinished wood paneling, new paint finishes and other interior design modifications in the mezzanine lobby.
