Construction of an approximately 21,600-square-foot building in Waterford, Connecticut, designed to serve as the new headquarters for Safe Futures, Inc. The facility will include corporate offices, employee training areas, client service spaces, municipal partner offices, and community-use functions. The program consists of approximately 18,558 square feet of office and related space, along with approximately 3,042 square feet dedicated to assembly use. The scope of work includes sitework, concrete, masonry, millwork, thermal and moisture protection, doors, hardware, finishes, specialties, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems.
