Chelsea Groton Bank has been serving their customers and communities throughout Connecticut since 1854 and wanted to modernize and update their headquarters building to offer more to their customers and employees. Carlin served as their Construction Manager for the renovations of their existing 37,000 sf building originally built in 1982 located in Groton, CT. Scope of work included sitework, demolition, concrete, masonry, steel, carpentry, millwork, thermal insulation, EPDM Roofing, Glass & Glazing, doors, frames, flooring, painting, wall covering, aluminum storefront, FRP panels, acoustical ceilings, toilet partitions & accessories, branding signage, miscellaneous equipment, elevator modernization, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, electrical, site lighting, fire alarm security system, sound masking system telephone and data work.
