A time-honored building that served one iconic brand is now serving another. As the construction manager for this project, Carlin Construction oversaw the transformation of a former Coca-Cola bottling and distribution center into one of the largest Harley-Davidson sales/service facilities in the Northeast.

Major components of the adaptive reuse execution included earthwork, sidewalks, demolition, asbestos removal and building envelope repairs. In addition to structural modifications, interior work included generous use of reclaimed materials — woods and metals that create an attractive and gritty backdrop for Harley-Davidson and other brands displayed in the space.
