The interior reconfiguration and renovation of an existing medical facility, this project required careful phasing of construction activities throughout its timeline. By coordinating closely with staff and doctors, and sscheduling the majority of work and deliveries during the nighttime shift, Carlin Construction enabled this busy primary care facility to remain operational during the entire project. The scope of work included demolition, flooring, millwork, gypsum board, finishes, windows, doors and hardware, along with HVAC and electrical work.
