Jorgensen Auditorium Renovations

Carlin Construction Company served as a General Contractor for the removal and replacement of approximately 600 portable seats on the flat floor and 760 seats on the riser. Carlin also provided new permanent sloping to allow for handicap access on both sides including all associated guardrails and carpeting finish. In addition, the project included the refurbishing of 1,200 seats in the balcony and mezzanine areas including paint, rewiring of aisle lights and replacement of foam padding and upholstery. The project also included upgrades to the house lighting fixtures in the auditorium in the main hall ceiling and wall scones around the perimeter of the hall. New finishes included carpet, refinished wood paneling, and paint finishes in the main hall and new paint and carpet in the mezzanine lobby including other interior design modifications.
