Adaptive Reuse of former Coca-Cola Bottling Plant

Carlin Construction Company served as Construction Manager for the adaptive reuse of an existing 55,000 square foot facility from one iconic brand to the next. The former Coca-Cola bottling and distribution center was transformed into one of the Northeast’s largest Harley-Davidson sales and service facilities. As Construction Manager on this project, the Major components of work included earthwork, sidewalks, demolition, asbestos removal and building envelope repairs. The interior work included structural modifications and the generous use of reclaimed materials including both woods and metals to create an attractive and gritty backdrop for Harley-Davidson and other brands displayed in the space.
